Privacy Policy

Who this policy covers
This policy describes quantumicy.com, the public website for the Quantumicy hardware wallet. The site is published by RAD CAMP INC (“the company”), 100 Progress, Unit 200, Irvine, CA 92618, United States.
It covers visitors to this website and people who email the company or use a form on the site. It does not describe the inside of the Quantumicy slab. The device is designed so that private keys and the recovery phrase are not sent to this website.
Information you give us
If you write to [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected], or if you use a form, the company receives the name, email address, and message you send. The form opens your own mail program. The message then travels by email.
Do not send a recovery phrase. The company does not want it and has no use for it.
Information collected automatically
The host of the website may keep standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site available and to diagnose faults.
The site stores your cookie choice in local storage under the key quantumicy_cookie_v1. Until you allow them, analytics and advertising storage stay denied.
How the information is used
The company uses what you send to answer the message, to keep a place on the opening list if you asked for one, and to send the three notes described with that list. Server logs are used to operate the site. Cookie choices are used to respect that choice.
Cookies
Necessary storage remembers the cookie banner choice. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and stay off unless you accept them. Details are in the Cookie Policy. You can reopen the choice from Cookie settings in the footer.
Sharing
The company does not sell personal information. A hosting provider may process site logs to keep the website online. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled after you consent, Google LLC may process the related technical data under its own terms. The company may also disclose information if a law, a court, or a regulator requires it. A recovery phrase is not part of these disclosures, because the site is not built to collect one.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may ask the company to tell you what personal information it has collected about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to exceptions the law allows. You may also appeal a denial. The company does not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. Send a request to [email protected] with the email you used on the site. The company may need to confirm that the request is yours.
People in the EEA and the United Kingdom
If those laws apply to you, the company processes a message you send because you asked it to, and processes server logs because it has a legitimate interest in keeping the site running. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a restriction, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected].
Retention
Messages and opening-list details are kept long enough to answer you and to send the notes tied to a place on the list, then deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose or for a legal duty. Server logs are kept on a shorter operations cycle set by the host.
Security
The company uses HTTPS for this website and limits who can read the mailboxes named above. No method of email is perfect. Do not put a recovery phrase or a PIN in a message.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16, and the company does not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated page will show a new date at the top. Continued use of the site after that date means the new policy applies to new visits.
